Needed some “pick me up, soul-food” and I’m pleased to have tried Hello Sushi. Ordered the miso soup, vegetable egg rolls, the krispy roll and a rainbow roll for pick-up and it was quick, still hot and for being around 8pm still tasted fresh! Super friendly service and probably the best miso soup I’ve had in a while. I can’t wait to get my hands on some more signature rolls and have the chance to dine in one day :)
Had a delicious and filling meal! My burmese gf wanted to try some dishes she hadn’t had in years so we came by. Our second time! This time we got the mohinga(fish rice noodle soup), kyay oh si chat (dried chicken vermicelli noodle salad), tea leaf salad and shwe yin aye (milk dessert soup). It was phenomenal! The mohinga broth was super light and not over salted, the sauces for the kyay oh si chat was so unique and really elevated the dish. The dessert was very refreshing and would be great on a hot summer day. The staff were very nice, came to check on us multiple times and the decor was very traditional and interesting. We will be coming back often and this is definitely a hidden gem. Best Burmese food in Nashville!
After school pick for my daughter. We googled places and decided to try. Best decision. The fried dumpling were super crispy and delicious. We each got one order. Then my daughter ordered the chicken rice noodles soup with out the veggiea, and I got the Fish rice noodle soup. They were both delicious and full of flavor. I actually finished the full bowl in the restraunt. It was that good. My daughter's bowl was so big she couldn't finish it. She gladly took the rest home. Definitely priced economically for the amount of food you get. The womens restroom was a nice surprise. Smelled so good and looked like nice. Very clean and stocked with paper towels, toilet paper. Also The staff were so nice and kind. Came by several times to make sure we were taken care of. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.
I will be coming back!!! I ordered the Burmese coconut noodle soup, kyay oh, tea leaf salad, and beef curry with rice. Everything was phenomenal. I haven’t had Burmese food in about four years and this made me VERY happy. The taste is authentic, just like home. The waiter was super nice and thoughtful and I love the panthein umbrellas and Burmese decor!! see you soon
Wonderful food and service. The Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup was so creamy, and the flavors were so rich. It was not spicy but they do have chili oil if you enjoy to add your own level of spice. The Goat curry was amazing. The meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and worked so well with the sauce. Also not spicy but I recommend adding the chili oil, it elevated the taste so much. We also had a sushi roll and their chicken broth soup. Both very good. But the stars of the meal were the curry and noodle soup. We will be back for sure.
Hello Sushi on Nolansville Pike. It was my first time coming here. I was soooo happy to get real sushi. Unlike another place that puts small squares in a bunch of rice. The presentation was excellent. Everything tasted very fresh. For customer service. Stephanie was my server. She made excellent recommendations. She wasn’t rushed. She made sure I was good with everything. The restaurant is very clean. I shall repeatedly return here. I had the Salmoncado which ended up being my favorite. Then the Hello Roll and in last place the Rainbow Roll. I also ordered food to go.
I was a little skeptical but the food was great, sushi was fresh and the service matched. Don’t be alarmed, the server is tatted up but one of the most respectful, down to earth and accommodating server. Definitely coming back here on my next trip.
Total hidden gem. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Had the krispy roll and tuna avocado roll, they were both delicious and so fresh. definitely will be back
